Memorial Credit Union now has a new Voice Response System. An automated telephone assistance line that lets you complete transactions at any time — long after branches are closed for the night.  All you need is a telephone in-hand and your account number with PIN.

To access your account via 24-hour Voice Response, call 713-778-6350 or 713-778-6300 #2.

Voice Response is a convenient way to obtain information regarding your credit union accounts.  You may call Voice Response at (713) 778-6350 from any touch-tone telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How does this work:

Follow the simple voice prompt instructions

Current Users:

  • Enter your user ID (account number, do not include first two letters of last name) and current PIN code
  • Key in a 10 digit phone number (May register up to three phones)
  • Set up new security questions and answers
  • Create a Personalized Message
  • Create PIN code (will need to be different from your first time use PIN, 6 -10 numeric value)

New Users:

  • Enter your user ID (account number) and PIN code (SSN) 
  • Key in a 10 digit phone number (May register up to three phones)
  • Set up new security questions and answers
  • Create a Personalized Message
  • Create PIN code (will need to be different from your first time used PIN and 6 -10 numeric digits)
