Methods for Sharing Confidential Information. Confidential information may be securely sent or discussed through the following MCU systems:

Secure Messages is accessed through MCU Online. You must be enrolled in MCU Online to use Secure Messaging.

Encrypted Email – If a MCU representative sends you an encrypted email, you will be  asked to login and create a password before you can even view the email.  You may reply to that email and your message will also be encrypted when it is sent back to MCU.

Cardholder Disputes: To file a dispute/fraud claim – Please call 866-279-1399. A debit card representative will assist cardholders with filing a claim.

Hours of operation are M-F 7am-7pm. After 7pm, cardholders can leave voicemails, which will be answered the next day.
