Access 24 is a convenient way to obtain information regarding your credit union accounts. You may call Access 24 at (713) 778-4430 from any touch-tone telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To establish a PIN, dial the service and enter your account number followed by the first two letters of your last name as instructed. Then you will enter your SSN. At this time the system will instruct you to select a six digit PIN. This PIN will be the same Password/PIN you will use to access Online Banking online as well. NOTE: The password is numerical.
